MiTrack is a well-featured mobile application that its purpose is to manage outdoor staffs’ tasks and track their positions and record their actions. The whole solution is made of two parts, the ‘MiTrack’ mobile application which will be used by field staffs and a web admin console application called ‘iTrack’ ( http://itrack.ae ) which will be used by back office staffs to assign/view tasks and track field staffs’ position.
Note: In order to be able to work with MiTrack, you need to have company account and follow these simple steps:
1. Install the MiTrack app on your phone
2. Run the application and fill up the registration form (Note: Unique email for each phone and same company name (Case sensitive) for mobiles that will be managed by the same company)
3. Upon successful registration, license key will be sent to the given email. Note down the license key from email
4. Run the application and enter the license key in the login screen (Note: License key will be asked only once)
5. Informap will create company account and send the credential to the admin
6. You can login to ‘iTrack’ admin console ( http://itrack.ae ) with the login credential sent by Informap to manage your field staff and assign/view task
7. You can login to ‘MiTrack’ with login credential that you have created through MiTrack app
